HR Administrator (6-Month Fixed-Term Contract)

We’re recruiting for a HR Administrator to join leading professional services organisation This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a dynamic HR team, supporting key processes in recruitment, onboarding, data management, compliance, and employee relations.

Offering remote or hybrid working. Immediate start.

Key Responsibilities

Support recruitment and onboarding, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination.

Facilitate a seamless new hire experience by overseeing onboarding processes.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring compliance and data protection at all times.

Assist with compliance-related tasks, such as visa applications, right-to-work checks, and pre-employment screening.

Monitor adherence to company policies and procedures, ensuring regulatory compliance.

Conduct research to support various HR initiatives and projects.

Oversee HR events and meetings, fostering effective communication between management and employees.

Provide additional administrative support to the wider HR team.

Ideal Candidate

Holds a bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Has recent experience in HR administration with a strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.

Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to be empathetically assertive when needed.

Demonstrates exceptional organisational and time-management abilities, with keen attention to detail.

Maintains a high level of discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.

Thrives in both independent and collaborative environments, adapting to a fast-paced workplace.
