Your new role
In your new role, you will spearhead the change management strategy for a system implementation project, ensuring a seamless and impactful transition. By collaborating closely with stakeholders, you will align their needs with ambitious project goals.
You will craft and execute comprehensive change management plans, featuring innovative communication, training, and support strategies. Utilising cutting-edge change methodologies, you will navigate and mitigate risks, ensuring a smooth and successful transition.
As you monitor and report on the progress of change initiatives, you will adapt strategies to foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

What you'll need to succeed
My client is seeking a dynamic Change Manager with proven experience in leading enterprise change initiatives, particularly large-scale system implementations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools, such as ADKAR, Prosci, or Kotter's 8-Step Process.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills are a must, as well as relevant qualifications in change management (CCMP, Prosci Certified Change Practitioner, CMS, CMP, etc).
In order to be considered for this role you'll need to have strong experience in Change Management as your primary job. If you are a Project Manager with Change experience, please do not apply.
