Overview:A respected full-service law firm is seeking an experienced commercial property lawyer to join its established team as a Senior Associate or Director. The team advises a broad client base including investors, developers, banks, landlords and tenants. This role has come about due to growth and offers a clear route for career development.
Role Requirements:Experience:
• Advising on the sale and purchase of commercial property, development work, funding transactions and commercial leasing• Leading transactions from start to finish with minimal supervision• Contributing to team meetings and ongoing departmental development• Supervising and mentoring junior lawyers• Supporting marketing and business development activity across the wider firm• Attending networking events and identifying opportunities to introduce clients to other areas of the business
Skills:• Ability to manage a varied caseload efficiently and independently• Clear communicator who can build and maintain client relationships• Commercially aware with an interest in growing the client base
