Overview:An exciting opportunity has become available for a motivated and forward-thinking Solicitor to join a growing real estate team within a progressive and independent law firm. Role Requirements:Experience:
• Minimum of 1 year’s post-qualification experience in commercial real estate• Proven ability to manage property transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, and leasing• Experience drafting and negotiating servitudes, wayleaves, and related property rights• Comfortable working independently and collaboratively across teams
Skills:• Clear, confident communicator with a client-focused approach• Organisational skills and attention to detail• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships• Commercially aware and proactive in managing workload and financials
