What We’re Looking For:Experience:
- Minimum 5 years’ PQE in family law
- Advising on divorce, financial provision, cohabitation and child-related issues
- Confident in managing a caseload from start to finish
- Comfortable with sheriff court advocacy and drafting pleadings
Skills:
- Clear and effective communication
- Client-focused and solution-oriented approach
- Able to manage multiple priorities efficiently
- Works well within a team and contributes positively
- Keen to support business development and marketing initiatives
