- You have experience within a residential conveyancing team or firm
- You are proficient in the use of Microsoft Packages and other software
- You are a confident communicator both written and orally
- You have experience supporting conveyancing transactions and AML procedures
- You are organised and able to manage your time and diary to complete tasks
- You have a strong attention to detail
- Supporting residential property transactions including sales, purchases, and title transfers
- Preparing security and purchase paperwork
- Providing excellent service to all clients face-to-face, and via telephone and email
- Assisting with the settlement of transactions, completing LBTT returns and registrations
- Conducting property searches when required
- Assisting with the opening of new client files, AML compliance and processing source of funds information
- Preparing sale and purchase accounts
- Providing administrative support to paralegals and fee earners daily
- Ensuring all client information is up to date and accurate on the internal system
