Daily Duties
- Lead architectural design and delivery on complex, multi-disciplinary projects from concept through completion
- Produce and review high-quality design documentation, ensuring adherence to design intent, technical standards and regulations
- Mentor and guide project teams, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration
- Coordinate with consultants, clients and contractors, managing design integration and project risks
- Represent the studio at client meetings, design reviews and stakeholder engagements
- Champion design development within the studio, contributing to thought leadership and practice initiatives
- Support business development activities, including proposals, pitches and strategic client engagement
Ideal Candidate
- Experienced Senior Architect with a strong design portfolio and proven track record of delivery
- Chartered or eligible for professional accreditation with the relevant architectural body
- Confident leading project teams and managing complex architectural challenges
- Excellent communication, presentation and client-facing skills
- Strong technical understanding with ability to coordinate multi-disciplinary information
- Proactive, positive and collaborative approach to design and teamwork
- Commitment to design quality, innovation and mentoring others
