Are you an experienced marketing professional passionate about driving brand growth and customer engagement?Meraki Talent are supporting a global client, who are looking for a dynamic Campaign Lead to join our newly formed marketing team.In this strategic and hands-on role, you’ll lead the development and execution of brand and direct-to-consumer (DTC) campaigns that span the full marketing funnel—from awareness to conversion. You’ll own campaign delivery end-to-end, manage budgets, oversee creative execution, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to maximize performance and ROI.Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage integrated brand and DTC campaigns in partnership with the CMO
  • Oversee campaign planning, delivery, and performance tracking
  • Coordinate with performance marketing, broker marketing, and media agency teams
  • Manage SEO strategy and website effectiveness to drive organic growth and conversion
  • Own the social media content calendar and campaign performance reporting
  • Play a key role in sponsorships, strategic partnerships, and award submissions
  • Support the annual marketing planning process and ensure compliance within regulatory frameworks
  • Line management responsibilities as the team grows
