What You'll Be Doing:

Join our team as an RMN and play a vital role in providing high-quality care to individuals with mental health needs. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting comprehensive mental health assessments.

  • Developing and implementing personalised care plans in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.

  • Administering medications and monitoring patient progress.

  • Offering crisis intervention and risk management strategies.

  • Liaising with families, social workers, and other professionals to deliver holistic care.

  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records in line with clinical guidelines.

  • Providing emotional support to patients and their families.

  • Attending team meetings and clinical supervision sessions.

Requirements & Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A current and valid NMC registration (RMN).

  • Previous experience in mental health settings.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • The ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

  • A commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.

Working Hours & Contract Duration:

This role requires availability from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM. The contract is ongoing, with the possibility of an extension based on performance and service needs.
