Administrator & Sales Negotiator

Are you passionate about property and thrive in a client-facing role? Our client is looking for a confident and organised individual to join their dynamic estate agency team as an Estate Agency Administrator and Sales Negotiator.

In this dual-role position, you’ll be the first point of contact for clients, while providing essential administrative support to our property sales team. You’ll play a key part in the sales journey—from arranging valuations and viewings to leading negotiations and managing the sale process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate property valuations and viewing appointments
  • Follow up on viewings and deliver feedback to clients
  • Liaise with photographers and surveyors to manage pre-marketing activities
  • Lead negotiations and oversee the sales process from offer to completion
  • Provide regular progress updates to clients with properties on the market
  • Maintain confidentiality and ensure GDPR compliance
  • Carry out general estate agency administrative tasks as required
What We’re Looking For
  • Strong communication skills and a professional, client-focused approach
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities
  • Solid IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and estate agency CRM systems
  • A genuine interest in property and good knowledge of the local market
  • Previous experience in an estate agency or property-related role is preferred
