We are looking for a Senior Payroll Analyst to oversee accurate and compliant payroll processing, ensure timely payments and reporting, and provide direction to the payroll team.

  • Accurately collecting and inputting payroll data from various sources.
  • Ensuring all payroll data is correct and compliant with company policies and regulations.
  • Executing the payroll process, including calculating wages, deductions, and taxes.
  • Distributing payroll costs appropriately across departments and projects.
  • Addressing and resolving payroll-related inquiries from employees and management within the agreed SLAs.
  • Ensuring timely and accurate payments and reporting requirements to tax authorities.
  • Initiating and managing payroll-related requests and processes.
  • Reviewing and approving payroll transactions and adjustments.
  • Overseeing payroll general ledger accounts and performing regular reconciliations.
  • Processing and reimbursing employee expenses in accordance with company policies.
  • Driving continuous improvement in all payroll processes.
  • Providing direction to Payroll Analysts.

What you will need

  • Proven experience as a Payroll Analyst or in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of payroll processes and relevant regulations.
  • Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
  • Proficient in Oracle Payroll qualification
