In this pivotal role, you’ll provide essential support to Financial Planners, Personal Assistants, and Paraplanners—helping deliver exceptional service to valued clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be the first point of contact—welcoming and assisting clients in person and over the phone
  • Maintain accurate client records and manage sensitive data
  • Prepare review packs, client letters, and documentation
  • Liaise with providers to gather key information
  • Uphold best practices and ensure high standards of accuracy

Ideal Candidate:

  • Solid experience in financial services administration
  • Familiarity with Intelligent Office, Curo, or similar back-office systems
  • Strong organisational and planning skills
  • Excellent communication and client service abilities
  • Detail-oriented with sound decision-making skills
  • Knowledge of financial planning products and processes
