Day-to-day of the role:
  • Kitchen Management: Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and plating.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure strict compliance with hygiene standards, food safety regulations, and maintain cleanliness protocols.
  • Temperature Record Keeping: Accurately maintain records of food storage temperatures to ensure food safety.
  • Menu Execution: Skillfully execute a simple yet appealing menu that reflects the quality of our bar.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and inspire kitchen staff to achieve excellence in food quality and service.
  • Inventory Control: Efficiently manage inventory levels, minimise waste, and optimise cost efficiency.
