Description
- Manage and oversee daily home care operations to ensure excellent service delivery.
- Ensure compliance with care regulations and organisational policies at all times.
- Lead, support, and develop a team of care staff to achieve performance targets.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing concerns and maintaining satisfaction.
- Monitor and manage budgets to ensure cost-effective service delivery.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve service quality and efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records and prepare reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate with external agencies to ensure seamless service provision.
Profile
A successful Service Manager (Home Care) should have:
