Description
The key responsibilities of an FP&A Analyst will include:
- Prepare monthly financial reports, including trends and financial forecasts.
- Support budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Assist with strategic planning and modelling.
- Coordinate with other departments to gather data and understand business trends.
- Support the management team with decision-making through financial analysis.
- Ensure financial statements comply with laws and regulations.
- Maintain confidentiality of financial information.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the finance department.
Profile
A successful FP&A Analyst should have:
- Strong experience in financial planning and analysis.
- Excellent skills in data analysis and financial modelling.
- A part qualified ACCA or CIMA studier
- Proficiency in using financial software and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Familiarity with accounting and corporate finance principles.
- Strong communication skills to liaise with various stakeholders.
