Graduate Cover Supervisor Main Responsibilities
- Manage the behaviour in the classroom ensuring a positive learning environment
- Supervise work set by the subject teacher
- Be a positive influence to the students
- Strong commitment to safeguarding and health and safety of students in the classroom
Ideal Candidate
- Previous experience working with children in some capacity
- Recent graduate aspiring to become a teacher
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to keep a level head and manage behaviour
