What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be at the heart of credit control operations, helping to maintain a professional and effective system. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting monthly cash collection targets
  • Communicating directly with clients regarding outstanding balances
  • Keeping accurate records of all client interactions
  • Producing monthly statements and letters
  • Collaborating with internal departments to update them on payment progress
  • Managing instalment payments and following up on missed payments
  • Coordinating with the Debt Recovery team when appropriate
