What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll be at the heart of credit control operations, helping to maintain a professional and effective system. Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting monthly cash collection targets
- Communicating directly with clients regarding outstanding balances
- Keeping accurate records of all client interactions
- Producing monthly statements and letters
- Collaborating with internal departments to update them on payment progress
- Managing instalment payments and following up on missed payments
- Coordinating with the Debt Recovery team when appropriate
