The Role: Year 3 Teacher
As a Year 3 Teacher, you will lead a class of inquisitive and energetic pupils, delivering high-quality lessons that foster academic achievement and personal growth. You will plan engaging, age-appropriate lessons that bring the curriculum to life, monitor pupil progress, and create a classroom environment where every child can thrive.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver the Year 3 curriculum in an engaging and inclusive way
- Create a positive, safe, and stimulating classroom environment
- Track and assess pupil progress, adapting teaching as needed
- Collaborate with colleagues, support staff, and parents
- Foster curiosity, independence, and a love of learning
What We're Looking For:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- A strong understanding of the Year 3 curriculum
- A nurturing and proactive teaching style
- Excellent classroom management skills
- A genuine passion for education and child development
- ECTs are warmly encouraged to apply
