Must Have’s-
CIPD Level 5 (or currently working towards it)

2-3 years’ experience in a similar HR role

Strong understanding of UK employment law

Confident managing ER cases, onboarding, and training

Experience in a mid-sized business environment

Familiarity with HR software systems

Proactive mindset with a passion for people and culture

Managing the full recruitment cycle and onboarding process

Providing expert HR advice to managers and employees

Leading on disciplinary and grievance procedures

Ensuring legal compliance and up-to-date HR documentation

Supporting L&D initiatives and employee engagement projects

Administering employee benefits and supporting wellbeing

Office-based in Gloucester
