Must Have’s
  • CIPD Level 5 (or currently working towards it)

  • 2-3 years’ experience in a similar HR role

  • Strong understanding of UK employment law

  • Confident managing ER cases, onboarding, and training

Nice to Have’s
  • Experience in a mid-sized business environment

  • Familiarity with HR software systems

  • Proactive mindset with a passion for people and culture

So what will you be doing?
  • Managing the full recruitment cycle and onboarding process

  • Providing expert HR advice to managers and employees

  • Leading on disciplinary and grievance procedures

  • Ensuring legal compliance and up-to-date HR documentation

  • Supporting L&D initiatives and employee engagement projects

  • Administering employee benefits and supporting wellbeing
