Juice Recruitment is excited to support a growing business in their search for an experienced HR Generalist. This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional to take on a varied role, supporting recruitment, employee relations, compliance, training, and policy implementation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing end-to-end recruitment, including advertising, shortlisting, interviews, and hiring.
  • Coordinating onboarding processes, including contracts, induction schedules, and employee documentation
  • Employee Relations
  • Providing guidance on HR policies, procedures, and employment law.
  • Managing disciplinary and grievance processes in line with company policies.
  • Acting as a trusted point of contact for employees.
  • Maintaining and updating HR records in compliance with GDPR and legal requirements.
  • Ensuring policies, contracts, and procedures are up to date and compliant with UK employment law.
  • Preparing HR reports and metrics for management review.
  • Identifying training needs and coordinating internal and external training programs.
  • Supporting appraisals, career development, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Assisting in managing employee benefits, including pensions and healthcare schemes.
  • Supporting HR projects such as diversity initiatives and employee engagement programs.
  • Driving initiatives to enhance workplace culture and employee satisfaction.

Skills & Experience Required

  • CIPD Level 5 or working towards it.
  • 2-3 years' experience in an HR role, ideally within a similar-sized organisation.
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software systems.
  • Experience managing HR projects is desirable
  • Familiarity with payroll and benefits administration is desirable
