Your new roleAll round L&D /OD responsibilities is this people development position. This will include identifying, designing and implementing organisational and business unit people development solutions to ensure the business has the skills and capabilities to achieve its strategy. Identify and implement opportunities for performance improvement (at an organisational, product and personal level) using a range of OD theories, tools and techniques. You will need to build strong relationships to understand their people and performance needs and deliver an effective L&D service and effective programme.What you'll need to succeedYou need a solid background in L&D/OD/People development - relevant experience and credibility are essential for this opportunity.

  • We are looking for some with strong communication and stakeholder engagement. Well versed in learning research and design, facilitation and training delivery, project and programme management, and effective coaching skills. Proven experience in an organisational development, learning and development, or HR role, with a strong focus on partnering with business areas.
  • Experience of successfully designing and delivering behavioural skills and team development training.
  • Coaching and mentoring experience, with the ability to develop leadership capabilities.
  • IT literacy, confidence in the use of MS Office applications, and IT design software.
  • Strong project management skills; the ability to research, design, and implement OD initiatives.
  • Knowledge of learning technologies & systems.
  • Relevant qualification in OD, L&D, or HR desirable.
  • Accreditation in coaching or mentoring is advantageous.
  • Accredited in OD/L&D diagnostics.
