Our client, a respected law firm serving the Gloucestershire community, is seeking an experienced Family Solicitor/Legal Executive for a locum position.
Position Overview
The successful candidate will join a large and well established family law team, handling a caseload of private family matters such as divorce, finances, and children cases, while providing support and guidance to clients during challenging times.
Responsibilities

Manage a caseload of private family law matters

Advise clients on divorce, financial settlements, and children cases

Collaborate with the team to deliver exceptional client service

Attend client meetings and represent clients in court proceedings

Maintain accurate case records and ensure timely billing
Requirements

Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, or equivalent experience

Minimum 2 years' PQE in private family law

Strong client-facing skills and ability to build trust

Excellent organisational and time management abilities

Proficiency in legal technology and case management systems
