Head of Compliance & Safety Â
Location: Â Â Â Â Â Â Gloucestershire
Hours:            37.5 hours a week, Mon – Fri
Length:          3 – 6 months, temporary ongoing
Main responsibilities of the role:
- Lead on the strategic development and operational delivery of the compliance agenda for all services across the organisation
- Ensure all estates and facilities management systems, processes and practices are consistent across the company releasing maximum efficiencies
- Assist the Managing Director in ensuring that the organisation is compliant with all relevant legislation giving professional recommendations and implementing action plans to address any inconsistencies of approach
- As a senior manager, to actively participate in the performance management and dispute resolution processes
- Financial and budget holder responsibility for delivery of compliance activity within budget allocations
