We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of construction projects. This is a key role with responsibility for overseeing the full project lifecycle, from planning to completion, ensuring all work is delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage all phases of construction within the project scope.

  • Plan, coordinate, and deliver formwork, concrete works, and associated structural elements.

  • Work closely with clients, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure programme, quality, and design objectives are achieved.

  • Monitor project budgets, forecasts, and implement cost control measures.

  • Manage site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers, promoting high productivity and exceptional workmanship.

  • Ensure strict compliance with health & safety legislation, CDM regulations, and company procedures.

  • Review technical drawings, method statements, and risk assessments to ensure works meet specifications.

  • Chair regular progress meetings and report updates to senior management.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a Project Manager role within civil engineering,

  • In-depth knowledge of structural concrete and formwork systems (e.g., PERI, Doka, RMD).

  • Strong understanding of highways and infrastructure construction methods.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

  • Full UK driving licence.
