We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of construction projects. This is a key role with responsibility for overseeing the full project lifecycle, from planning to completion, ensuring all work is delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage all phases of construction within the project scope.

Plan, coordinate, and deliver formwork, concrete works, and associated structural elements.

Work closely with clients, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure programme, quality, and design objectives are achieved.

Monitor project budgets, forecasts, and implement cost control measures.

Manage site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers, promoting high productivity and exceptional workmanship.

Ensure strict compliance with health & safety legislation, CDM regulations, and company procedures.

Review technical drawings, method statements, and risk assessments to ensure works meet specifications.

Chair regular progress meetings and report updates to senior management.
Requirements

Proven experience in a Project Manager role within civil engineering,

In-depth knowledge of structural concrete and formwork systems (e.g., PERI, Doka, RMD).

Strong understanding of highways and infrastructure construction methods.

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

Full UK driving licence.
