How will you do this?
Understanding the purpose and approach of the school will be key, you will go home each day knowing you have made a difference to the learners’ lives, you won’t be bogged down with planning and the curriculum. You will see the bigger picture and tailor lessons to meet different areas of focus and importance.

What you will need:
Alongside your unwavering passion and interest with the field you will need:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching qualifications.
- Experience or intertest of working within an SEN setting is a plus but not essential as the school is very pro CPD and will give a full induction and overview of the school.
