They’re now seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join their team as soon as possible and play a key role in supporting students across Key Stages 3 and 4.

About the Role

As a Teaching Assistant, you’ll be at the heart of classroom life — supporting teachers, encouraging students, and helping to create a positive, engaging learning environment.
You’ll work 1:1 with students, deliver small-group interventions, and help learners build the confidence, skills, and motivation they need to succeed.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who’s caring, adaptable, and passionate about making a genuine impact on young people’s education.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide in-class support to help students stay focused and achieve their potential

  • Deliver targeted interventions in 1:1 and small-group settings

  • Support students with additional learning, emotional, or behavioural needs

  • Assist teachers with classroom organisation, planning, and preparation

  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and encouraging learning environment

The Ideal Candidate Will
  • Have experience working with young people in a school or similar setting

  • Be patient, approachable, and committed to helping students grow

  • Have a genuine passion for education and supporting student progress

  • Be confident working with learners who may need extra support

  • Work collaboratively and positively as part of a school team
