Our client are looking for a proactive, results-driven Sales Executive to help accelerate growth by identifying new opportunities and building early-stage client relationships. You’ll play a key role in outbound lead generation and support the commercial team in engaging high-value prospects.
What You’ll Do:
- Prospect and reach out to potential clients via email, LinkedIn, and phone
- Build and manage a pipeline of qualified leads with regular follow-up
- Start conversations with senior stakeholders and build early trust
- Understand client needs and support internal teams in shaping solutions
- Book meetings and hand over qualified opportunities to the sales team
- Stay informed on trends, sectors, and competitor activity to guide outreach
What You Bring:
- 2+ years in outbound sales, business development, or lead generation (B2B/technical preferred)
- A degree or apprenticeship in Business, Tech, Digital, or related fields (preferred but not essential)
- Confident communicator, especially with senior decision-makers
- Self-starter with persistence, accountability, and strong follow-through
- Great written and verbal communication skills
- Thrive in fast-paced, team-oriented environments
