We’re excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a Dialler/Service Administrator- a newly created role that’s already making a big impact in our award-winning client's business in Godalming!

As the first point of contact for many of their existing customers, you’ll be responsible for making outbound calls as a reminder of the upcoming policy renewals and exploring opportunities to enhance their cover with additional products. In addition to your customer-facing responsibilities, you’ll also support the team with essential admin tasks, helping to keep everything running smoothly.

In this role, you will play a key part in achieving departmental service targets and supporting overall business goals by making outbound calls, maximising customer retention and promoting company products and services. You’ll be expected to take ownership of your performance, cross-selling opportunities, and maintaining high standards of document administration.

With a strong focus on professionalism, compliance, and treating customers fairly, you'll also contribute to maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction.

In addition, you’ll support daily service operations through effective administration, spreadsheet management, and professional correspondence. Continuous learning and development are central to this role, including completing mandatory training and working collaboratively across teams to foster a positive, team-focused environment.

You will have at least one year’s experience in a similar role with demonstrable success in an insurance or call centre environment. Previous insurance experience is not essential, but would be preferred. You will have proven experience of phone engagement- ideally in outbound calling and drive to work in a target-based team.
