Our established client basedin Knaresborough is looking to appoint a Dynamic Operations Manager on a full time, permanent basis.
The role will be to conduct and oversee operations across the UK for a commercial cleaning company primarily focussed on construction cleaning.
Duties include but will not be limited to:
- Recruitment of staff locally to each client
- Travel across the UK with the aim of helping to secure and facilitate new contracts
- Overall operational control of each site
- In time, overseeing a network of area supervisors and managers
The ideal candidate will be able to work on their own initiative, have a great eye for detail and be able to work completely autonomously after an initial training period and have the drive and determination to progress not only individually but be pivotal in driving company growth.
We are very much looking for the right person fit, not necessarily an extensive CV. We expect the salary range to be between 30k to 60k annually, dependant on experience and potential.
Hours of work when office based 9.00am to 5.00pm however the role is primarily mobile throughout and across the UK.
