About the Role:
As the Operations Director, you will be responsible for the overall operational performance across a large multi-site estate. You will play a key strategic and leadership role, ensuring consistent delivery of excellent standards and customer service, while driving commercial performance and operational excellence. This is a high-impact leadership position, where your expertise will directly shape the direction and success of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and oversee the operational performance of a wide portfolio of stores across the region, ensuring exceptional standards and consistency.
Inspire, develop, and manage a team of senior leaders and store managers, fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture.
Drive strategic operational initiatives to improve efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction across all locations.
Partner with the executive team to align operational activity with the company's overall strategic goals.
Utilise data and performance insights to identify opportunities, streamline processes, and drive continuous improvement.
Champion a customer-centric mindset across the business, ensuring outstanding experiences at every touchpoint.
Maintain full compliance with all health, safety, and legal obligations across the estate.
About You:
A proven track record of success in a senior operational leadership role (e.g. Operations Director, Head of Retail, Regional Director) within retail or hospitality.
Exceptional leadership and people management skills, with the ability to build and lead high-performing teams.
Strong commercial acumen and a strategic mindset, with a passion for driving business performance through operational excellence.
Adept at managing change, solving complex problems, and using data to inform decision-making.
A collaborative, people-first leader who thrives in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
