Responsibilities / Main Duties:
- Lead a team of 10 RegionalManagers and up to 200 Retail Branch Managerswithin yourdivision.
- Continually coach and develop yourcolleagues across the division.
- Through effective leadership drivea positive effect on increasing conversation, PPU and reducing losses.
- Promote the highest levels of customer service to our customers while maximising the performance of your team.
- Develop a culture of celebrating success as well as identifying how underperformance can be resolved.
- Strong commitment to the companys brand, values and principles and reflect this in your team as part of their measured success.
- Accountability for ensuing the implementation of thecompany strategy on compliance.
- Reviewcommercial KPIsto identify areas of concern and initiate appropriate plans.
- Report on and account for the performance of theDivision.
- Ensure a consistent approach toperformance management and disciplinary actionsacross all regions.
Provide regular reporting and insight to the Senior Divisional Manager and other members within senior management structure in order to identify opportunities for driving the business forward
