We're recruiting two dedicated and empathetic Teaching Assistants to join a welcoming SEMH school in Grantham, part of a highly regarded Multi-Academy Trust committed to inclusion and support. This school works with young people aged 5-16 who need a calm, consistent, and understanding environment to thrive.

What You'll Be Doing:

Supporting students with SEMH needs on a 1:1 basis and in small groups
Assisting teachers with learning activities and emotional regulation strategies
Building trust and rapport with students through positive relationship-building
Using your experience to help manage behaviour and de-escalate situations calmly
Providing structure and emotional support during the school day
Supporting inclusion across classroom and outdoor learning sessions

Who We're Looking For:

Essential: Experience working with challenging behaviour, trauma, or mental health - from education, social work, residential care, youth offending, or similar roles
A compassionate and resilient approach to supporting young people
A strong communicator and committed team player
Someone open to learning and adapting within a school environment
