Description

Financial Reporting & Consolidation

  • Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated financial statements in compliance with IFRS/GAAP

  • Lead the intercompany reconciliation process and ensure timely elimination of intra-group transactions

  • Support the preparation of financial reports for senior leadership and investors

  • Collaborate with regional finance teams to ensure accuracy in reporting and compliance with group policies

  • Assist in the automation and enhancement of consolidation and reporting processes

Technical Accounting & Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with IFRS/GAAP and other relevant accounting standards

  • Support the implementation of new accounting policies and reporting standards

  • Assist in the preparation of technical accounting papers for senior leadership and auditors

  • Coordinate and support external audits, ensuring timely resolution of audit queries

Process Improvement & Controls

  • Drive improvements in financial reporting and consolidation processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy

  • Strengthen internal controls and financial governance frameworks

  • Support the finance transformation agenda, including system enhancements and automation

Leadership

  • Lead a small team of qualified and part-qualified finance professionals

Profile

Professional Qualification: Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or equivalent).

Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of IFRS/GAAP, group reporting, consolidation tools, and tax regulations.Leadership Skills: Successfully led and mentored junior members of the finance team
