Daily Rate: 90 - 105 per day

Long Term Futures is proud to offer an exciting opportunity for a Teaching Assistant to join one of our trusted partner SEMH schools in Grantham (NG31) from September 2025. This school is part of a forward-thinking Multi-Academy Trust that specialises in providing inclusive, structured support for children aged 5-16 with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.

This full-time, term-time role is ideal for someone with a calm, caring approach who is passionate about helping young people reach their full potential.

Your Role Will Include:

Offering tailored 1:1 and small group support to pupils with SEMH
Preparing engaging learning materials and supporting classroom delivery
Promoting positive behaviour and emotional development across the school day
Supporting the wider team in creating a safe, consistent learning environment
Managing challenging behaviours effectively

We're Looking for Someone Who:

Previous experience supporting children with SEMH or SEND
Is adaptable and able to respond to a variety of student needs
Can remain calm and confident when managing challenging behaviour
