 As a Supply Teaching Assistant, you’ll support teachers in delivering engaging lessons, assist pupils with their learning, and help create a positive and inclusive classroom environment. • The ideal candidate will have:
• A Level 2 or 3 qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning or Early Years Education
• Experience supporting children and young people on a 1:1 and group basis
• A nurturing and proactive approach to supporting learning and development
• Strong communication and teamwork skills with teachers and other staff
• An understanding of safeguarding and child protection principles
