- Delivering administrative assistance within a team of Legal Secretaries
- Producing typed documents and preparing legal paperwork
- Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence along with general office tasks
- Setting up new case files and overseeing file closures
- Organising archiving and coordinating with external storage services
- Background in Probate, Commercial, or Family Law (experience in at least one is essential)
- Competence in secretarial duties within one or two legal disciplines
- Positive, hands-on attitude with the ability to adapt quickly
- Comfortable working autonomously as well as within a team setting
- Willingness to accommodate both office-based and remote working – initial three-month period will be office-based before transitioning to a hybrid model
