An exciting opportunity has arisen for two x Assistant Site Managers for a 110 unit RC Frame development across two blocks of apartments.
Reporting to the Senior Site Manager and Contracts Manager you will take responsibility for the internal fit out across one of the two blocks which are 6 and 7 storey RC Frame.
- They are looking to appoint ASM’s with strong internal focus
- 5 years experience in a similar role
- Internals exposure on large scale residential projects.
- Experience at managing internal trade packages
- Keen eye for finishings
Responsibilities:
- Pre Dec-Snag
- Maintaining Site Reports
- Safety Inspection
- Site Induction
- Producing Snag List
- Liaising and checking subcontract work
- Quality Inspection Checks
- Post Dec Snag and final finish
On offer is:
- Salary between £40,000 - £50,000 per annum
