About the Role- Teach GCSE English and Functional Skills to students aged 11+.
- Work with pupils who have a range of Special Educational Needs (SEN), including social, emotional, and learning difficulties.
- Deliver engaging lessons tailored to individual learning needs.
- Collaborate with a skilled team of SEN professionals to support student progress.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Experience teaching English at GCSE level and Functional Skills.
- Previous experience in an SEN setting is highly desirable.
- Strong classroom management and ability to adapt teaching strategies.
- A genuine passion for making a difference in the lives of young people.
