Role Responsibilities- Manage and review a varied portfolio of personal tax compliance clients
- Provide technical input on advisory projects involving inheritance tax, capital gains tax, and trust planning
- Lead and develop the tax team, overseeing day-to-day workflow and coaching junior staff
- Collaborate closely with the wider leadership team to shape the future of the tax department
- Ensure high technical standards and compliance with evolving legislation
- Act as a key point of contact for high-value and long-standing clients
- Play an active role in strategic growth, business development, and succession planning

Candidate Requirements- Minimum 5 years' experience preparing and submitting personal tax returns in a practice environment
- Strong working knowledge of UK personal tax legislation
- Excellent communication skills and a professional, confident manner in client interactions
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a small team
- Strong attention to detail and well-organised in handling high-volume caseloads
- Experience with CCH software preferred, but not essential
- ATT qualified or part-qualified preferred, though not a requirement
- £60,000 to £75,000 per annum
