Job Description:
- Deliver a broad and stimulating PE curriculum across Key Stages 3 and 4, with potential for KS5
- Encourage fitness, team spirit, and mental resilience through a variety of sports and physical activities
- Lead on school fixtures, sports events, and after-school clubs
- Promote a positive and inclusive sporting culture that celebrates effort and achievement
- Work collaboratively with staff to support whole-school initiatives and cross-curricular projects
- Ensure all pupils, including those with SEND, are engaged, supported, and challenged
The Ideal Candidate Will:
- Has experience teaching PE in a secondary school environment (preferred but not essential)
- Is a motivational team player with excellent classroom management and communication skills?
- Understands teen development, safeguarding protocols, and inclusive teaching strategies
- Is enthusiastic about physical education, wellbeing, and helping students reach their personal best
