Job Description:

  • Deliver a broad and stimulating PE curriculum across Key Stages 3 and 4, with potential for KS5
  • Encourage fitnessteam spirit, and mental resilience through a variety of sports and physical activities
  • Lead on school fixturessports events, and after-school clubs
  • Promote a positive and inclusive sporting culture that celebrates effort and achievement
  • Work collaboratively with staff to support whole-school initiatives and cross-curricular projects
  • Ensure all pupils, including those with SEND, are engaged, supported, and challenged

The Ideal Candidate Will:

  • Has experience teaching PE in a secondary school environment (preferred but not essential)
  • Is a motivational team player with excellent classroom management and communication skills?
  • Understands teen developmentsafeguarding protocols, and inclusive teaching strategies
  • Is enthusiastic about physical educationwellbeing, and helping students reach their personal best
