This is a great opportunity for a HR Administrator to join a small friendly HR team, where they will be encouraged to develop their skills and responsibility. Assistance is given towards CIPD qualification.
The role is based in Greenford but will be moving to the Harrow area in around 6 months.
Key responsibilities
- First point of contact for all Administrative related queries, ownership of HR general enquiries' email inbox, responding to queries and referring queries to team members/departments.
- Facilitating the recruitment / on-boarding process
- Ensuring routine correspondence letters are sent out in a timely and accurate manner i.e. change of details, starters, leavers, references, promotions.
- Ensuring payroll issues are handled in an accurate and timely manager through liaison with departmental managers, payroll and finance function.
- Maintain the company's HR systems - updating data, maintaining the Absence systems and generating reports as and when required.
- To manage the probationary process by issuing probationary guidance to the Line Managers, making sure probationary review meetings are scheduled and all supporting documents are returned to the HR Team accordingly.
- Co-ordinate training/induction sessions
- Generation of TUPE information / redundancy calculations as necessary
Skills/experience
- Previous HR experience
- Keen to learn and develop knowledge in HR
- Ability to commute to Greenford for the initial 6 months, then to Harrow
