Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Divisional Quality Manager to support the infrastructure division. This role is essential in ensuring consistent delivery to the highest standards across multiple live construction sites. You will be responsible for maintaining compliance with the company's Quality Management Systems (QMS) and fostering a culture of excellence throughout project lifecycles.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and implement quality standards across infrastructure projects within the division.

- Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with QMS and industry regulations.

- Work closely with site teams to embed quality from pre-construction through to completion.
Â
- Provide expert guidance and support on quality matters, promoting best practices and continuous improvement.

- Prepare and deliver quality performance reports to senior leadership.
Â
- Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders to meet quality expectations.

- Support training initiatives to enhance team understanding and consistent application of quality procedures.

Requirements
- Strong engineering knowledge, ideally with a background in infrastructure or civil construction.
Â
- Proven experience in a quality management role within the construction industry.
Â
- In-depth knowledge of ISO 9001 and quality systems implementation.
Â
- Confident in conducting audits, inspections, and quality assessments.
Â
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and support teams effectively.
Â
- Flexibility to travel frequently across sites in the South and Midlands (Gatwick, Essex, Kent, Reading, Midlands).

- Full UK driving licence.
