Housing & Support Officer

An established charitable organisation is currently looking to recruit a Housing and Support Officer in Greater London on a permanent basis.

Location: West Greater London

Hours: 40 hours per week – 7 days rolling basis

Salary: £29,235.65

Duties:

  • Manage a caseload of residents, providing housing management and tailored support
  • Monitor rent accounts, taking early action to prevent arrears and using enforcement only when necessary
  • Work with Facilities, Property Management, and community operations teams to deliver coordinated services
  • Ensure services meet residents’ needs as identified in Outcome Star action plans
  • Maintain accurate resident records in Inform
  • Support engagement in Progression activities and secure quality, affordable move-on accommodation
  • Maximise occupancy, minimise voids, and address tenancy breaches or anti-social behaviour as required

Additional requirements:

  • Experience working with young persons
  • Experience working within a supported living environment
  • Enhanced Adults and Childs DBS
