Our client is a reputable managed services business based in Dartford. Together, we are recruiting for a IT Lifecycle Engineer on a contract basis.

The successful candidate will play an integral part of testing, deploying and building hardware for their clients who operate in government, financial and education industries.

General duties indlude:

  • Completing builds of laptops and desktops
  • Completing tickets for orders
  • Cleaning and boxing up laptops and monitors
  • Updating tickets with correct information in ServiceNow
  • Updating spreadsheets / database
  • Testing and booking in returned kit

To qualify:

  • IT Certifications (CCNA, MS or Apple certs)
  • Can commute to Dartford Monday to Friday
  • Excellent communication skills
