The Role

As our Chef de Partie, you will:

  • Take responsibility for your own section, ensuring high culinary standards

  • Prepare and present dishes to specification

  • Maintain excellent food hygiene and safety standards

  • Assist with menu development and daily service preparation

  • Support the Sous Chef and Head Chef in the smooth running of the kitchen

  • Train and guide junior chefs as needed
