Responsibilities:
- Leading the preparation of monthly management accounts and financial reporting
- Supporting budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning across international entities
- Business partnering with operational and commercial teams to drive performance
- Providing financial insight and analysis to support key decision-making
- Managing and mentoring junior staff members
- Supporting audit, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Fully qualified accountant (CIMA/ACCA/ACA)
- Strong experience in management accounting within a fast-paced environment
- Commercial mindset with excellent stakeholder engagement skills
- International exposure or multi-entity experience preferred
- Proactive, analytical, and confident in presenting financial insight
