Are you enthusiastic about supporting young learners in Key Stage 1 and helping them build strong foundations for their education? Reed Education is currently recruiting reliable and nurturing Teaching Assistants to work across a variety of mainstream primary schools in the Grimsby area.
About the RoleAs a KS1 Teaching Assistant, you will:
- Support pupils in Years 1 and 2 with their learning and development.
- Assist with phonics, early literacy, and numeracy activities.
- Help create a warm, engaging, and inclusive classroom environment.
- Work closely with class teachers to deliver targeted support and interventions.
- Encourage pupil participation and help manage classroom routines and behaviour.
- Essential: Experience working in a school environment, ideally within KS1.
- Desirable: Relevant qualifications such as CACHE Level 2/3, Teaching Assistant Diploma, or equivalent.
