Responsibilities:
- Collate and cross-check hours ready for payroll
- Liaise with external organisations, stakeholders, and accountants to support smooth financial operations
- Produce timely and accurate financial reports for senior management and board review
- Develop, implement, and refine financial processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy
- Monitor and manage all aspects of petty cash, ensuring proper documentation and reconciliation
- Manage all company accounts, including accounts receivable, payable, and general ledgers
- Lead on budgeting and forecasting activities to support strategic planning and resource allocation
- Ensure robust financial controls are in place to safeguard company assets
- Knowledge of tender processes would be a distinct advantage
- Attend relevant training courses relevant to the post
Requirements:
- AAT/ACCA qualified or equivalent
- Strong numeracy and literacy skills
- Able to prioritise work and meet deadlines
- Have a good working knowledge of SAGE 50
