My client is a food production business with a truly global reach - they are in a different league to most producers out there. This site is a complex, busy environment with lots of challenges. So you will certainly be kept on your toes and given an opportunity to develop your skill set.
This role would suit a strong quality manager, or an assistant technical manager from a smaller site who wants to step up into the big leagues. There's a strong salary on offer here too - more than some technical managers get in the smaller sites!
Your role will be Monday to Friday, roughly 8-5, but with flexibility needed due to the 24.7 nature of the site. Weekends are done on a rota basis for being on call.
What will you need?
- Food production quality or technical background - essential
- Team management experience - essential
- Ability to cope in a fast-moving, complex environment
- Excellent internal communication skills
