Overview:

An exciting opportunity to join a successful ecommerce business based in the heart of Guildford!

As a Merchandising Assistant, you will be joining a collaborative Buying and Merchandising team, supporting with the key business functions, these include:

Responsibilities:

  • Manage purchase orders and intake processes.
  • Collaborate with suppliers and ensure delivery schedules run smoothly.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and analyse data for seasonal planning.
  • Help the team prepare for weekly trading and stock purchasing.

Skills/Experience Required:

  • Retail experience (store or head office) and commercial awareness.
  • Numeracy skills with intermediate Excel knowledge(pivot tables, VLOOKUPs).
  • A relevant degree or business qualification (ideal but not essential).
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
